Dear All,
I just booked a flat in Goyalco Orchid Woods at Hennur road. Frankly, I am really impressed by their professionalism and empathy for customers. Specifically Raghu who comes as a very honest and customer centric person. He listens to clients very patiently and gives recommendations which is well informed and in buyers benefits. He is also very matter of fact on commitments which helps in having right expectations and complete peace of mind.
I really liked the construction quality and the property lay out and also the integrity and forthrightness of the builder. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues. One of my colleagues staying at their Whitefield property and he has similar point of view.
All in all a happy customer with complete peace of mind on my investment. Thank you Goyalco.

Hennur, an area located in the northern part of Bangalore, has been emerging as a popular residential destination. The prime reason for the growing demand for residential real estate in this area is the close proximity to Bangalore international airport at Devanahalli. So I think the price is ok for this year.
Manjunath

Home buyers prefer Hennur because of its connectivity. Recently, an alternative road for the airport has also been planned. The area is going to see drastic change, if this parallel approach comes to life. Secondly, property rates will double in the next one and a half years if the development is happening properly.
