Q: Read about UNITECH being in financial mess...so much that the staff has not been paid salaries for last three months...any updates...is it going to affect the project completion...???

Thanks all for your insights....I have already invested in Unihomes-3, but I still don't have a clear picture on the delivery or pace of construction from the broker or Unitech office. Hence a lot of confusion exists in market.

Hi Ashish, the fact is,Unitech homes are good, but they do unusual delays in the project. I had a word with a broker and the sales executive. Both have different version to say. I myself have no idea , which one to believe. I would like to suggest that, wait for some time , let the cases get solve and then you can invest.

Hi, Deshmukh i dis agree your point, because, each and every builder now a days has a record in delaying the project. Hence we cannot blame only Unitech. This is one of the good project by Unitech and a good platform for investment. The sides issues wont create to much hassle for the project delivery.

Hi, i want to comment that, UNIHomes 1 is already delayed by 2 years now and Unihomes 3 is a long term plan - at least 4 yrs. Also the construction work is super slow due to the payment issues
hence if your want to go for this project then only look for something under 3500/sq ft and along with it you should be completely ready to accept a delay of 2 -3 yrs.
