The project is located just 0 Km. from Sec-50,2 Km (Approx) from Metro Station,45 Minutes Drive from Airport and 15 Min Drive from DND Flyover. Hence the connectivity is good.

Hi, Jitendra, yes the project has been approved by all the concerned authority. I had a word with the sales executive and they gave the information. There is an availability for 2 and 3 bhk. The 2 bhk is 1075 Sq. Ft with a price of Rs. 57 lac.
