Yeah Daksh, Phase I is completed and Phase II is under construction and it is expected to be completed by 2015 end. The rate per sqft going on in Phase II is Rs 3450

How is connectivity from Electronic City to the other parts of the city?

The Electronic City is accessible from various localities through Road ways and currently Metro which is under construction. The Electronic City is linked by 9.985 km National Highway (extensive elevated highway in India) to Silk Board. It is barely 22 km from Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic Station) & Bangalore City Railway station while Bangalore international Airport is 54 km away.

If you are looking for a short term invest I would advice you invest in EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I. One can expect good rent in EC Phase I as 75 percent of IT guys stays at Phase 1.

I came to know that there is a delay in possession. Is that true?

Even I heard that the project is delayed because they had to change the entire plan because of the change in swimming pool location. Not sure if the news is correct.

The new dates seem to be like Jan 2014 for Block E and Feb or more delay for other block.
The latest news is they have revised the area and there is a new added cost. I do not know how can they just revise an area after an agreement. This clearly shows how armature they are as developers.

The current price per sqft for Phase I is Rs 3099and for Phase II is Rs 2999 which is not negotiable. 81 percent of Phase I is already done and it is expected to get completed by October this year and Phase II will be launched by 4-5 months and expected possession date is by third quarter of next year

Yes the project was launched a year back. There are Phase I and Phase II with 5 blocks on each Phase.
