I think the location is quite good. It is located in Old Airport Road. Just 5km from the project there is Byappanahalli Metro Station. Just 2kms from the project there is Bagmane Tech Park, The Leela Palace, Hypercity..etc. I think if you have plans for imvestment you can get good returns in future.

I have to visit the site and then decide. Can you tell me Is the project approved ? When was this project launched and what was the launching price ?

Okay..the project is yet to be approved by BBMP .It has development approvals from BDA and height approvals from Ministry of Civil Aviation. There is also water connection approval from BWSSB. THis project was launched september 2012 and the launching price was around Rs 6,720.

It is quiet a good initiative, the builder has started, especially in Bangalore. With the increasing IT crowd and professionals in the city, this was what needed. After research, I got to know that these launches are for multi-generation families who wish to take care of their aging parents in an independent house or to provide an independent space for an adolescent child.. This is basically a twin apartment scheme which will give you your own space and also will keep you close to your loved ones.
