Guys this sector might take sometime, true i agree there are lot of confusion in the sector, but for long term investment the sector is very good. You have good commercial properties coming up, also SEZ project which will draw the maximum crowd! For investment purpose, the sector has all properties to give you good returns…
Sector 143 Noida expressway, I feel is a good sector for both, End use and Investment. You know why, the connectivity is very good, projects are very good. So one idea is, you invest in project now and sale it after 3-4 years.. till then the area will be liveable and will be in super demand due to the upcoming commercial projects. So for end users Sector 143 is good after 2-3 years.. Although price will be touching the sky!!!
I do not agree Aloke , may be there are lot of projects that are coming up, but there is no livability. The sector has become very clumsy due to the n number of projects that’s coming up and also so much construction is going on, that the sector ‘s internal roads are destroyed. There are many projects who are giving their possession next year.. but residents cannot stay there, just because the area is very unsafe and hardly any place to cars to gone inside the small road.You also do not have the basic shops there.. home buyers kindly think twice before you go for the sector.
hmmmm, the sector is well equipped with metro and Expressways. The Noida metro will be extended and it will cross Sector 143. Also you have FNG expressway, which will directly connect the major cities with the sector. The construction of FNG is almost done.. it might take a year to complete… So I feel the approachability of the sector is good!!
Hi Akash I have gone through the price structure of the sector and noticed that Rs 4600 per sq ft is the average price for all the projects present there. I have also come across the fact that in April 2013 the price was Rs 4416 per sq ft.. and in this festive season the price just took a leap and went to Rs 6861 per sq ft in Sep 2013… Strange curve.. but shows how demand for the sector is rising.

You also have 3 C’s SEZ project, the construction is going on in full swing. This land was approved by Noida Authority for SP but Govt allowed SEZ project there….
When we talk about Sector 143, you can locate it on the left side of the Noida Expressway. This is the last residential sector in the stretch of Expressway.Sector 143 is just adjacent to sector 144. This sector is yet to develop and the main reason of demand for this sector is the real estate value of residential projects.
