Q: I want to know what is the price of apartments in this project? Has the project got approval from BBMP and banks?

If you want your dream home to remains a dream, this is the place to go.

Unreasonable delay in handover. Pathetic customer care. Management who refuses to meet customers to discuss issues including endless delay in project completion. And to top it, they point blank deny late payment penalty though this is in the agreement citing flimsy reasons (force majeure). Stay away from this builder.

This builder doesn't have any responsibility of completing their project. Krishna Mystiq is delayed more than six months. They are consistently not responding to our emails.! There are 350+ flat owners spent their hard earned money and now it is in high risk. Many customers who resides in the overseas can't even go and meet them personally. Only emails and phone calls are available option. Rajesh VP of KM is not picking the call now.

Guys stay away from this builder, I have purchased an apartment in Krishna Mystiq and paid around 80% of money. The project was suppose to be delivered in September 2015 but still there is no hope. It might take another year or so and there is no communication from builder. Please don't invest your hard earned money in any of the project of this builder. Builder is greedy and wants your money on time and failing you have to pay 24% interest, however there VP Rajesh bluntly refused to pay a mere penalty of 5 Rs per sqft as per our agreement.

Never opt any projects from Krishna Homes!!!!!!!!!

Dear friends,

I bought flat 3 years ago. Dont go for any project owned by Krishna Homes. Builder will delays the project years together. You invest your money & end up in paying Rent+ EMI. Your dream will keep on dreaming to stay in your own house will keep on postponing. This idiots will never think investors pain. Customer service is worst & they are working for searching the reasons for postponing the possession dates. My sincere request please please dont opt this worst builder.

I am an owner in this project and i must frankly say that it has been a horrible experience until now. DOnt ever got with the Krishna builder!! Please save yourselves..go for a better brand. These guys have made promises and broken all of them. so much delay and so many deviations from commitments. The customer care is really bad. Please refrain from buying apartments from Krishna developers!! Initially even i thought they were good but with this experience i had to wriite this review

I am an owner. And have to say, the customer care is realllly pathetic! This Mr. Aravind is the rudest guy I have had to deal with in my life. No basic mannera. Prabha is also blunt and very non cooperating. We booked 2 years back. The project is now delayed. They have all reasons to justify the delay, but have no ear to your queries. The apartments, location is fine, but the customer service team, the worst!!

Thats Great Rajesh... What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and what all amenities the project is offering?

It seems the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4475 and the price of the apartments starts from Rs 58 on wards. Amenities provided in this project are as follows: Swimming Pool, Fully equipped gym, Nanny's Corner, Pavilion Structure, Pool Deck, Tot Lot Play Area, Intimate Gardens and much more.

One year back when I called them up they said that they have got approvals from BBMP and banks like HDFC and Axis have approved the project. Now you are telling that they have not got approvals so I am bit confused :( :(

we booked more than a month back in tower 3 and it was told only 2 3BHKs are left ..and we booked one of those two.

Hi All, If you are planning to invest in Krishna mystiq, suggest not to invest in the new towers. They dont have any approvals. They were supposed to get the approvals by Dec'13 but have not yet received it. They dont even disclose the reason for delay nor they have any idea about when they will get the approvals. I have spoken to quite a few of the people who have booked the new towers and found that everyone is facing the same issue with the Krishna Mystiq team. When you go to them, they would claim to have sold majority of the flats but even now there are nearly 100 flats which are yet to be sold. They are opening 10 -15 at a time so that they can get good price for all their flats

Yes.. they got the approval.. construction started.. they launched the project few weeks back (somewhere in end of october).. i have booked a 2bhk 6 months back..

How is Electronic city for an end use purpose? Does Electronic city comes under BBMP?

It has good connectivity to other major hubs of the city. The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Council has passed a resolution to include Electronics City under its fold for administrative purposes. As per resolution, villages in and around Electronics City will be merged under the BBMP’s jurisdiction.

Landmark is Chikkathogur Main road ( Behind Salapuria Symphony). The project is just 250 mts from the Hosur road. The project is spread over 6.3 acres of land. It will have 14 towers with B+G+4 floors with each offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments

Where exactly is the project located and when I can expect the possession?

The project is located off Hosur Road, near Hosa Road Junction, Opposite to Audi Showroom. The project is just 10 mins drive from Silk Board. The expected possession date is by end of 2015.

As far as I know the project is located at Pragathi Nagar, before Electronic City. The price of the apartment starts from Rs 55 lakhs on wards. :)
