STAY AWAY is the only opinion I will share, I had bought and now cancelled, there are build issues which Mantri has refused to rectify, they have been unable to get electricity connection for 6 months now, which points to bigger problems with the legal department. Mantri developers are not involved and this is a personal investment by Sushil mantri, so no liability on mantri developers tomorrow.
The project seems to be good as the project is by Mantri Developers. They are one of the reputed builder in the real estate industry.
Hoskote, an area in Bangalore which holds great promises and expectations. It is not a place where time will stand still. It is about a great ambiance, good infrastructure and fantastic connectivity. Recently, the government has inaugurated a BMTC bus depot which was built for Rs 4.70 crores. A new integrated satellite township with proper infrastructure has been put in place. Good road planning has taken a precedent over here
The present price per sqft is Rs 4890 in Mantri Global Heights. The project will have two towers A tower with 52 units and Tower B with 63 units. A total of 115 apartments will be there. Banks like Bank of Baroda, HDFC, Axis, SBI, DHFL and Dena bank are providing home loan for this project.
The advantages of the project are it the proximity to PRR when it is operational and the project is just 5 kms from the proposed metro station at Kadugodi. It is a good idea if you are planning to invest in this project
