Latest Answer: STAY AWAY is the only opinion I will share, I had bought and now cancelled, there are build issues which Mantri has refused to rectify, they have been unable to get electricity connection for 6 months now, which points to bigger problems with the legal department. Mantri developers are not involved and this is a personal investment by Sushil mantri, so no liability on mantri developers tomorrow.
