I opted refund of my money in response to option given by builder ( R G Residency, Sec 120 , Noida).They were supposed to refund within 3 months but more than one year over there is no response to my calls .Even my visits to their office irresponsible/ casual reply given without commitment about refund.

At RG Group, every structure is conceived in four dimensions. Length, Breadth, Height & Passion - but no possession. Looks like this is fifth hidden dimension you live by.

RG group is a cheat. They took all the money and creating reasons to not handover posession.Please don't fall into their trap and don't book in any project pof RG group.If they are doing this with their first residential project , think how efficient they will be coming projects.

Hi, I got a letter that RG group that they can not issue the possession letter due to the bird century issue... any idea till what time we can get this letter as the UP govt already clear thr position to union ministry and NGT... correct me if i m wrong... any idea? ++ are we stuck with our investment? should we sale the property ASAP? any one having any idea of these kind of issues/cases in real estate? It is really very frustrating, this problem already been known by builder , but they are always cheated to us , i am very much worry for possession . There is only one option, we have to make a flat owners association & file a court case and go to media for quick action from builders also from government . Hi Javed,
Recently I got to know from sources that possession of this project is going on. Well some towers need around 1year time to be completed. Here this project has total 12 towers. G+18 to G+24 floor, high rise apartments are developed in 8acres of land. Noida Development Authority has approved this project.

Hi I have also booked one flat in RG Residency .....being committed possession by Dec 2014 for C block. But since Oct14 they have not uploaded construction pictures. And prices are also not moving up. Any idea of development status and actual updates?....Shalendra

As per my knowledge, RG Luxury Homes is a super fine landscaped podium residential complex in Sector 16B of Greater Noida, famously known as Noida Extension. Spread across 18.4 acres, the complex offers 2 & 3 BHK apartments, area ranging from 590sq-ft to 1815 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5700/sq-ft. Expected possession is around December 2015.

Even higher management has not honored their words. They have send the written letter via mail that F&G tower possession letter will be issued by 10th Dec 2014 onwards. But still not get any letter. Also CRM and Sales representative giving false commitment that in next 10 days you will get the possession. But till date no luck!! Very frustrating.....

Yes sure... the project is approved by banks like Bank of Baroda, HDFC,Allahabad Bank.. you can take home loan from them...

I would also like to brief you that... the project has good connectivity. You have sector 50 metro station, NH24, FNG corridor. Importantly all these are within 3-4m km :)

Yes Geeta the price they are quoting is Rs 5500 per sq ft + EDC that is the parking charge and the maintaince charge! This is a good project for end use.... and also have a early possession than many projects Noida!
