The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000 and a 2 bhk will cost your around rs 30.90 lakhs approx. Block B is expected to be completed by January 2016 and Block c is expected by December 2015.

Hi Srikumar: Yes this project is approved by BMRDA. NO cauvery water connection is there but they are providing 3 bore-wells. Banks such as ICICI, HDFC, Axis, SBI have approval for home loans in this project.

The current price per sq ft is Rs 2,500. This project is located on Chandapura Anekal road. It is just opposite to Viacom company which is just 4.5 to 5 km to the project.

Hey I have visited the project, The Commune project is spread 5.35 acres with abundant lung space of greenery, landscaped with aromatic & medicinal plants.It includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, very strategically located on 100 feet Chandapura-Anekal main road and very proximate to Surya City. It is just a 10 minute drive from the Electronic City and well connected to the City via the elevated expressway & also via NICE Corridor.

Hi Srinivas, this project includes total of 5 towers. The first tower for 1bhk is expected to be completed by aug 2015, other two towers for 2bhk is expected to be completed by dec 2014 and 3bhks will be completed by june 2015.
