@Mithilesh, I wanted to book a flat in this project but what I personally feel is that the land area of the project is only 1.2 acres and the number of apartments are around 244. I find it too congested :( :(
Yes the project was launched in October this year at Rs 4250 sqft . The estimated possession date of the project is by 2016. Now may be they have increased the price per sqft.
Hi Mithilesh, Recently I had a word with the sales person of GR Group. GR Heights is an exceptional high rise project, being developed in the Kanakapura Main Road southern Bangalore. The flats posses no common walls, ensuring high privacy and increased natural light.
