They have Issue of providing Flat Quotation/Cost Break up letter head for applying bank loan:
After blocking they will not give Cost break up letter head for loan, with a reason why they should give if nothing got credited to them. After Agreement only they will be giving document. But I was applying loan separately then they preferred Andhra Bank. For my independent loan application soon after blocking it was not got supported by required bank formalities. I don't wanted to go for first Agreement, then bank loan, then bank will surprise me with any lesser than expected amount, since I am at the bottle neck. No good formality requirement addressal. By phones/mails people will not understand and resolve, what is needed. Need to visit their main office only. Other than this, the project and amenities are in good stage, price cheaper comparatively. Maintenance cost of Rs. 3/- and 3 year's maintenance looks on the higher side.
I strongly suggest everyone not to go with any project of DS Max. I had bought a flat and now I am going to cancel it. I am very disappointed with their commitment and delivery.
Hi All I booked flat in the same project on 16 Feb 14 and, project suffice all legal prerequisite e.g. BBMP approval, "A" khata, SBI approved so we need not to think much about :) If something i missed out pl suggest. Thanks Parveen Thakur
Even I am planning to buy a 2 bhk in DS Max Sherwood. The project is under construction and it is expected to get completed within 24 months. The project offers 1, 2 and 3 bhk apartments with all the modern amenities.
They are quoting Rs 26 lakhs approx for a 2 bhk apartment. The project is known to approved by BBMP so they will provide A Khata. As far as I know HDFC is providing home loan for this project
