Hmmm. Fine. By the way would like to know how well is the transport and connectivity from the site to other places in Mumbai. Are there any good schools located in and around the upcoming project?

Hi Sankalp,
The project is primarily located in Mulji Nagar in SV Road . Many buses depart from Borivili Depot going towards other destinations at regular intervals. Borivili station is also very near to the site from where one can take the Mumbai local to reach other western suburbs and south Mumbai in a quick span of time.

Off course there are many no of good schools which are located in a radius of approx 3-4 kms from the site. The list of schools are :
1. Kapol Vidyanidhi International School
2. Swami Vivekanand International School
3. Thakur Vidya Mandir High School
4. Bal Bharathi Public School

Hi Padma,
Yes the project has been launched in Nov 2013 and the possession is likely by Dec 2015. The apartments come with 2 and 3 BHK units which has an area measuring 560 sqft for 2 BHK and 750 sqft for 3 BHK. Yes the developers have tie up with HDFC, ICICI, IDBI, SBI and Can Fin Home Finance.

Ok. Fine. Can anybody let me know has the project has been launched and when is its possession date. What are the flats available in this project. Do the builders have any tie ups with banks for loan purpose as I have plan of buying a unit here.
