Parinee Almog - Project Status
Q: I have booked 2 units of 2BHK in Parinee Almog pre-launch in 2012 and after 4 years of hibernation still waiting to see if the works starts. Though I have not cancelled the units neither I have applied for it. Can someone genuinely share the reason for such a long delay ...... None of Builder official are sharing the true status nor the timelines or any commitments....

Latest Answer: I visited the builder in march 18.He is interested in completing the commercial projects first. There is no positivity for Almog. Anyone having any information, pls call at 9967362894

Latest Answer: Hi, does anyone have latest update on the Almog project start please share. Only Parinee Adney is registered on RERA so far and there is no commitment on the Almog project so far from the builder.

Latest Answer: Thanks Praveen, I am also interested in BMC PAP Flat, what legal document I need to check & need from saler so that I should not get any legal stress in future? Also I will not get any trouble to sale the flat also if emergency.

Why the construction work is stopped?
Q: Is the Nirvana Apartments project ok? It's been a long time and there is no work in progress.

Latest Answer: I did not know that the construction work has been stopped. It was about to get completed by 2014 if I am not wrong. Have you booked any flat there? Please share if you get any updates about the project.
