Q: My husband and I are moving to Indore soon. We were considering buying an apartment in an integrated township, instead of a house. Can anyone tell me if that is a good idea or not? Also, can you tell me about the major township projects in Indore at the moment?
I would also suggest going for an integrated townships. A young couple like you wouldn’t want to be disturbed by salesmen and other people like that. In the township those people are not allowed to enter the premises. The best integrated township projects in Indore right now is the DLF Gardencity and the Silver Springs project. You can also check out the Ishan Platinum Paradise in Mhow in Indore.
Yeah, I agree with him. You know, if you have children you can be much more relaxed about them playing inside the secured complex of the township. The security is generally very tight here, questionable people are not allowed within the society gates, so the overall safety is much better. Also there is no traffic here, so that further reduces chances of any accidents that might happen in the complex.
If you’re looking for good township projects, then better check out the Shalimar Township on A.B. Road. This project was developed by the famous Mirchandani group and this is the first integrated township project in Indore. I think you should go for this instead of an independent bungalow or villa. Other than the maintenance issue, there is also the safety issue of living in an independent bungalow as opposed to a secure township.
Hey, I think you’ve made the right choice. Living in an integrated township has a lot of advantages, which are not there when you live in an independent house. If you buy a house, you will have to deal with all the maintenance work and other kinds of hassles, which are already being taken care of in these township projects. You don’t have to worry about water supply, or power backups as those things will be taken care of by the township authorities.
