Kalindi Mid Town project review

Q: I want to buy a nice big house, about 3 or 4bhk, in the Kalindi Mid Town project, for my family. So can I know if this will be a good choice? Do they have large apartments? Some information please!

Yes these apartments and row houses are quite big. You can go for either a 3bhk apartment or a 3 or 4bhk row house. The 3bhk apartment will cost you between Rs 20 to 32 lakhs, the 3bhk row house will cost you between Rs 23.5 to 48 lakhs, while the 4bhk row house will cost you between Rs 33 and Rs 60 lacs. The wide price range of these apartments and row houses are because of the wide range of built-up area sizes that they are available in.

Yes, the price details are quite correct. I think this will be a safe investment decision, as the project is located on the Bypass road, so you will be able to stay well connected with different parts of the city. The possession date of the project has been announced as December 2015, which is still some time away. I would advise you to try and negotiate on the square foot price rate with the developer. The building structure is being made earthquake resistant, and the project has all luxury amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, temple, rainwater harvesting, 24 hour power backup and excellent maintenance and security staff.

Yes, the apartments are quite big, but if you want a 4bhk, you will have to go for the row houses. They have 3bhks, of different area sizes ranging between 1000 and 2035 square feet and 4bhks, of area sizes ranging between 1400 and 2560 square feet. All these row houses have the same price rate of Rs 2350 per square feet. All the buildings are constructed with earthquake resistant structure, which is an added bonus.

Hey you can definitely go for these apartments as they are quite big and perfectly suitable for you and your family. The Kalindi Mid Town project is located on the bypass road, and is very close to the heart of the city. The locality is very important for selecting a decent residential project to invest in, and this place is pretty amazing. There are different apartments available, you can get a 2 or 3bhk. Both are quite big, the 2bhk is 1140 square feet un built-up area, and the 3bhk apartments range between 1000 and 1600 square feet.
