Q: Hi I am planning to move to Kochi and i am looking at property here could anyone please give me information regarding this property an if it is suitable to move with a family of four?

Location wise the place is well connected to railway station, and the airport is in 10 km radius from there. It is also 5km from marine drive and palarivattom. The waterfront view is very peaceful to behold. I think others have answered most of the other details you require.

The property uses many premium materials in rooms. Like the living room floor uses imported marble and in the bedrooms it is imported laminate wood. Other material used are ceramic tile in storage rooms and in parts of bathrooms. Kitchen table uses marble or granite. This will make cleaning the house easier.

It is to be noted the apartments have air conditioning too and visitor parking is available in the area a well. Each flat gets 2 car parking spots. Clubhouse has billiards room and yoga center and aerobics. The place has a very relaxed atmosphere is shielded kept away from the crowding seen in parts of the city.

3 and 4 bhk sell at Rs.1.5C - Rs.2C and Rs.3.3C - Rs 3.5C. The square footage of the 3 bhk is 2100-3325 and 4 bhk is 3345-5793 sq. Not sure abt the 2bhk ones. The apartment here are good with many amenities.

Hey there. This is a prime property and sells a little over 6k per sq.ft. Pricing i between Rs.1.5C-3C. The property type available here are 2,3 and 4 bhk apartments. They also have apartments and duplex penthouses. Pricing for 3 bhk is at Rs 1.5-2.02. not sure about the 2 bhks or 4 bhk price here.

Location wise too it seems to be well connected. Many major places in Kochi are located at 5km radius from the property. I just got this information from google. But very few properties are up for sale in this property. So your options might be limited. Im looking for a 2bhk in kochin.

Even I am interested in this property as well. The information i got showed that it is a waterfront residential condominium. Its total length is 175 meters. It seems to have many amenities like backup power, reserved parking, security and others.
