There are 3 DICs in Idore but I feel that the money is not used efficiently. It just goes to their kitty or is sqandered on wasteful things..

Now there is Development for Industrial Estates in indore. So any maintenance charge is directly being given here to do the needful and supply all necessary facilities like water and what not.

If all these infrastructure processes actually are completed on time, the real estate sector in Indore would benefit by a very large margin. Property prices would appreciate and you will get very good returns from investing here.

I feel that even though efficient projects are underway to improve the road infrastructure of Indore, nothing is being done about basic facilities like water and electricity supply problems. Many small scale industries are suffering because of this.

Hey also industries no longer need to be ona lease with state government. Their properties are going to be solely given to them. Industries will have hold on their property without any intervention.

Indore has an elaborate plan actually. The state government is going to acquire land at village level now itself. And keep it for way in the future for infrastructure development and expansion projects and what not. Land will be acquired for cheap.
