BSP of the project is Rs. 4345/- per square feet. Basic configuration of the flats are -3 and 4 Bhk with a saleable area of 1435 square feet to 2575 square feet in 7 exclusively designed residential complexes.

If we talk from investment point of view the sector where Belvedere is located,it is entirely a vacant land parcel with no infrastructure provisions and networks routes in place. It is also observed that on the whole Noida Market is dominated by slow pace of construction and delayed possession. Thereby investing in a property with comparatively high BSP values is not advisable. Moreover, it is a new launch project and it would nearly take on an average 4-5 years for possession. I am planning to invest on this project. I want to know club charge how much & How much they are charging for covered car parking ? Kindly tell me which bank is providing loan to this project ?

As per my knowledge, banks financing this project are Punjab Bank, State Bank Of India & ICICI Bank.
Yes builder is charging one time club charge - 1.25 lac. For covered car parking you have to pay 3.95 lac.

In my point of view, this project is a nice deal for investors. The Ajnara Belvedere Location is thoughtfully chosen. It is conveniently connected to all the major commercial hubs of the region. The mapping is in such a way that it is just minutes away from Sai Chowk, Expressway, DND, Fortis Hospital, NH-24, and Sector 18. The SEZ and Infosys are close as well.

According to me, the current price of this project is around 4600/sq-ft. This project is designed by architect Hafeez Contractor. It has beautiful landscaping with two-side open plot. This project spreads over 7.5 acres. Expected possession of this project is Feb 2018.
