Q: I am looking for a 3BHK apartment for myself. New Property as well as Old property are welcome. Apartment Area requirement : 1400-1800 Sqft. Q: I am planning to buy an apartment-3 BHK. Need project information & Advice regarding this.
Latest Answer: BSP of the project is Rs. 4345/- per square feet. Basic configuration of the flats are -3 and 4 Bhk with a saleable area of 1435 square feet to 2575 square feet in 7 exclusively designed residential complexes. If we talk from investment point of view the sector where Belvedere is located,it is entirely a vacant land parcel with no infrastructure provisions and networks routes in place. It is also observed that on the whole Noida Market is dominated by slow pace of construction and delayed possession. Thereby investing in a property with comparatively high BSP values is not advisable. Moreover, it is a new launch project and it would nearly take on an average 4-5 years for possession.
