Status of Vensa Prime apartment project in HSR Layout

Hi Has any 1 purchased from vensa prime? how about the approvals and quality of the building? will OC & CC be provided?

What is the status of bank approvals and local body approval? Totally much units will be there in this project.

Vensa Prime has got approval from BBMP and A Khata for land. Banks like LIC, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and DHFL have approved the project.

There will be 40 apartments in total and 10 apartments each floor. It is a Stilt+G+ 3 floor structure. Out of 40 apartments only 8 apartments are 2 bhks

Vensa Prime is located at HSR layout Sector 7 diagonally opposite to Salapuria Serenity Apartment on Mangammapalya Main Road, 200 meters from Bomanahalli Hosur Main Road. Construction is going on full swing. Booking amount is Rs 1 lac.

What is the rate the builder is quoting and when is the possession? Any idea how much will a 2 bhk cost including everything?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4200 which is slightly negotiable and the expected possession is by 2015 end. A 2bhk apartment with 945 sqft will cost you around Rs 47 lakhs excluding registrations.
