Magnolia Melody by Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd, located at Rajarhat is an ongoing project. it is offering 2 and 3BHK residential flat. size of 2BHK is 900 sq-ft. while for 3BHK, it will be Rs.1100 sq-ft. It's current asking price is Rs.2700/sq-ft. A 2BHK will cost you Rs.24.30L onward while for 3BHK, it will be Rs.29.70L onward. It is expected that the possession date will be October, 2018. It's booking amount will be 10% of the flat cost and rest of in easy EMI.

Do you stay in Rajarhat area? How is the locality of Rajarhat and how far is the basic amenities such as markets/Malls, schools, health care facilities and that Rajarhat is very near to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and upcoming metro Rail?

When it comes to infrastructure, Rajarhat is considered one of the best recreational hubs in and around Kolkata. It offers everything ranging from water parks, amusement parks, yoga and meditation centers and picnic areas. Apart from this, it offers endless shopping opportunities and entertainment venues. It is approximately 12 km to the north-east of Kolkata and just 4 kms from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Currently, work on metro railway is in progress which can connect Rajarhat to the Dumdum International Airport and further to the southern part of Kolkata city. Work on another metro route is also in progress which will connect Salt Lake with Central Kolkata and Howrah.
