Q:I have booked an apartment in one of the high rise buildings in Hyderabad. I want to know if the builder has taken an NOC. What documents should I look for?
Latest Answer: Once the builder have construction plans of high rise buildings then they should claim the NOC from the fire service department and the Airport Authority of India (AAI). However most of the builders are ignoring to claim the certificate. In such case state Government departments take srtict measures to avoid legal issues. Some apartments also undergo demolition drive for being illegal and constructed against sanctioned plan.
