Q:i have recently bought a flat. I was asked to buy a parking space also as I am having a car. How much should be charged for car parking? Please advice.
Latest Answer: There is no rule anywhere that car parking can be charged by the developers. But due to increase in number of cars in each apartment the developers are bound to charge for the parking. This is due to increase in cars in the apartments. it depends on builders. you can inquire with other residents about the same.
