Latest Answer: I am staying in Delhi, before there was no light and noe they are working 24/7. The government should remember that still there is a problem of prolonged powercut in the city. It is left unnoticed that the streetlights will be on in the day time also, it is a complete waste of money. Again suddenly there will be powercut saying that the bill has not been paid.
