Latest Answer: The group of ministers suggested that the development of the unauthorised colonies which were issued provisional regularised cerfiticates and structural safety certificate should not be targeted to check illegal construction. In 1,639 colonies the government has frozen the constructions but in 2008 to regularize the colonies they were provided with a provisional regularizasion certificate.
