Q:I heard that the government is not paying the employees of transport corporation their salary. What is the reason of not paying the employees and getting the payment delayed?
Latest Answer: It is said that the five transport corporations are North Bengal State Transport Corporation, Calcutta Tram Company, Calcutta State Transport Corporation, South Bengal State Transport Corporation employees are yet to get their salary. The delay in payment is because of the overflowing staffs and more over the State transport and finance misinters met with the officials of the transport corporation saying that it wont be possible for them to pay their salary if they donot make any profits for which the government has to pay huge amount of subsidies to make them functional.
