Latest Answer: I am a resident of Delhi and it seems that the flats which were solds to the buyers do not have proper papers and construction completion certificate so the government asked the civic body to seal all the flats. The High Court then ordered the Dehli Development Authority to de-seal the flats who have approached to the court and shouldnot take further action against them. Now the buyers are at a loss in the fight between the agencies and the developers. It is also said that instead of issusing completion certificate to the developers the civic bodty has ranndomly sealed the flats.
