Q:Hi,I am looking for a 1/2 BHK appt. in Whitefield area.It should be atleast semi furnished,have dedicated car parking, well ventilated and full water supply. I will be staying alone and the budget is max. 12000/-Presently I stay in Koramangala but I am joining a company in Whitefield so need to make this shift.I strictly want to by-pass this broker thing and would highly prefer to directly deal with the owner.Your appt. will be kept clean and taken well care of.Kindly reply me if you know any such property.Regards,Varun
