Q:I want to sell my Kolkata flat as I am not staying here. I have registration and title done in my name but have not done the mutation. Can I sell my flat without mutation?
Latest Answer: If the flat is individual then mutation is required but if the property comes under the cooperartive society and you have registered yourself as a member then you can sell it out without mutation.
