Q:35 residential properties in South Extension, Delhi has been asked by MCD to vacate. What is the reason? Is there any consequences to other properties?
Latest Answer: Municipal Corporation of Delhi has asked to vacate 35 residential properties as they were illegal and they will be sealed in next few days. Resident Welfare Association of South Extension had filed a PIL in 2001 seeking action against the illegal structures. These properties were not regularized as well as they have broken laws. The other properties won't face any consequence as long as they are regularised.
