Q: In your opinion, does the realty sector need better regulation and policies for sustained development?
Latest Answer: In past few years there have been many cases of cheating and fraud in real estate domain which resulted in less profitability and also destroyed the whole reputation. Due to which better regulation and policies are needed for sustained development in realty sector.

It is necessary to create a focal point of governance. The segregated political structure and the control of different states by different political parties calls for localised rather than centralised governance. In the same way Indian real estate has to be worked up. In terms of bribes, both the givers and receivers must take responsibility for their actions. The main motive is to make the real estate sector, a cleaner, more transparent and more attractive market place.
