Q:I would like to sell my 30X40 site(West Facing) which is located at Upkar Residency on Ullal Main Road(Address: 4th cross, 5th main). This site is very close to newly established Computerized RTO Test Drive Track. Next to the site there is a house.
Layout is already well established with lot of houses, tar roads, street lights, water, electricity, well developed lake, club house, community hall, garden, play ground and other common amenities. It’s on later part of the layout which is not a BDA Approved. But DC converted, all taxes paid and with clear title.
I am expecting Rs 2250 per sq. ft.(Not Negotiable).
