Latest Answer: Yes, the Kolkata government will launch the programme on a pilot basis at present at Bhubaneshwar. No the affortdable house is not for Kolkata slums. The Housing and Urban Development department say that soon after the launch in Bhubhaneshwar, they will be looking forward to launch the same in cities like Balasore, Rourkela, Berhampur and Cuttack.
