Q:I heard that Pune has got new fund to maintain and clean the city. What amount of fund has been sanctioned? Who is going to provide the fund? Is the fund only for sewage management or for other purpose also?
Latest Answer: Recently the PMC has announced City Cleaning Plan project to the Pune residents. As far as I know around Rs 3215 crores has been sanctioned. Around Rs 603 crores is suppose to be provided by PMC and the rest of thefund will be provided by the central and state governments. With sewage system they are also planning to upgrade other things also.
