Q:I recently read builder using extra FSI. But already these builders are using FSI than approval provided to them. Builders misusing FSI with those free spaces like parking, flower bed and balcony space. Will there be any regulation to control these misuse?
Latest Answer: State Govt has been working for controlling such misuse. If they misuse the free spaces, builders have to pay 100 percent on any 25 percent additional FSI they are allowing in the project. If someone has any update on the same please share with us too. Thank you.
