Q:Few days ago I lodge a complaint about some civic grievance in the on-line portal, but didn't get any response. Is there anything wrong with the portal?
Latest Answer: I heard that the on-line portal is facing some problem since past 2 months. The portal has stopped displaying English language and only local language is being used which is creating lot of difficulty for people who do not know Kannada and even you cannot check the status details of your complaint.
