Q:I was here not long ago looking at a 3 bedroom apartment and the manager of this place wanted me to pay him a months rent as commission!!, i think this is ridiculous..his explanation was that he will take care of our issues after we move in!! and now for the worst part, he was not giving us the apartment owners number so that I could talk to him about the commission that i'm supposed to pay him. Is this normal procedure to rent this apartment complex?
Latest Answer: There is no rule of pay commission to the apartment managers. Are you done with your rental agreement? if not then you can go for other apartment for rent.
