Q: Hi, it is observed that the share price for the real estate companies are decreasing. Is it because of the increasing cost of the properties?

Latest Answer: The hike in service tax is stimulating the increasing cost of apartments. Also the investors are showing less interest in real estate sector. That's the reason for the decreasing share price.
