Why there is so much dues for property tax in Mumbai?
Q: Hi, aren't the owners paying taxes in Mumbai. What is the reason for high dues?

Latest Answer: Suhas, the builders while selling apartments say that all taxes have been cleared. The buyers are unaware of the unpaid taxes. Approximately an amount of Rs. 8500 Crore is the total of pending dues.
