Q: What are the added advantages for the builders given in the new building rule?

Latest Answer: Hello Santhosh, there are many new rules in the revised plan which are advantageous to buyers. The builders are not allowed to construct 5 floor apartments unless the construction site is surrounded by a 12 meter wide road.
