Speed breakers in Bangalore cause accidents.
Q: Why is it that BBMP lay down speed breakers and digg it back to mess hundred times?

Latest Answer: BBMP has to improve its functioning. It has to be more care and be alert before taking any decision, so that it avoids future losses. Constructing and destructing again and again proves it irresponsibility. All the expenses will be again put on the public.
