Hi all, how to increase sales of properties in Mumbai?
Q: The absorption rate of the properties are very less in Mumbai. What are the steps the builders are taking to increase the sale of the properties?

Latest Answer: Anil, it is noticed that lot of developers in Mumbai are openly negotiating with a genuine and prospective customer. But they are not officially reducing the cost of the properties.
