Latest Answer: Ramya, though 50 years have passed after Goa’s liberation, the localites are deprived of their proprietary rights in respect of their own land due to existence of the title of ‘Conde’ and ‘Condadede Mayem‘ which were started during the Portuguese regime. So now the government has assured to bring in an appropriate legislation in the favor of villagers.
