Q:I entered sale deed for 3bhk flat in dec, 2011 for 46lac ,with down payment of 7.5lac ( still not registered, bcause of finance issues), now flat is ready to move ; meantime developer has entered with some body & given possession , what is my future steps to get my flat after getting the loan, though it's very near to all central part & committed in all my relative circle i don't want to loose the flat, pl. advice
Before entered into sale deed it was under construction ; now it's ready to move
