Q:I have got one Flat... name - Radha Housing Complex at Mukundapur at Kolkata. Now my question is... IS THIS COMPLEX UNDER COLONY LAND? CAN I GET HOME LOAN FOR THE SAME? please note its a resale... not a brand new flat!! because I heard that in Mukundapur there is so much LAND which is considered as COLONY LAND...Therefore NO BANK will provide LOAN for the same...is it true? Please advise..Thanks!!
Latest Answer: In this matter you can take advice from your legal expert if banks are not providing home loans for lands which is considered as colony land.
