Latest Answer: Due to the new expressways and metro connectivity Noida has become one of the hot spot for properties in Delhi NCR region. NH 24 is one of the highway for which sectors like Sectors 76 and 78 have witnesed a good rise in pice. Arounf 5% have increased druing the month of oct-dec 2012. But the fact is, the projects are mushroming like anything. Gaurav my personal suggestion is , if you want to invest in this areas, go ahead because this will give a good appreciation in future.
