Q: Hi..i want to know what is loading and is it permitted..??

Latest Answer: Loading on property differ with the common area of each project. An individual can always ask about the load distribution to the builder's architect. There are no rules as such thus builders take advantage of it.It is always advisable to compare different properties based on rates as per carpet area.And yes government has made necessary to mention carpet area in the agreement.
