Latest Answer: BMC has started a survey in every ward to identify buildings which have been constructed on top of water pipelines in the city.
Recently, a major water pipeline under a building in Govandi has bursted which took life of a resident leading the civic body to go on with this move.
Now, two other such buildings have been identified present in Jogeshwari and Andheri.
